DIY bunting and a perfect baby gift
By Anna | September 13, 2012
Earlier this week I mentioned that I spent a rare and blissful afternoon at the weekend basking in the sun over afternoon tea with my very best friends.
In part, it was to celebrate the arrival of a new baby to one of our close-knit group; you might have read Alex’s incredible first-hand account of his birth.
I made some decorations using these delightful {and free} printable bunting letters seen on Ruffled, using twine to string the letters together and hang the bunting up.
I also wanted to share with you the present I bought for the little cutie, because I think it’s adorable and reasonably priced and ~ most importantly ~ it’s handmade in Yorkshire.
This clay and wood plaque was made by family business Fairy Angel Cake who sell through notonthehighstreet.com. Of course, as it is personalised, it is handmade and painted to order but it was delivered a couple of weeks after ordering. What do you think?
